Research advance in tumour vaccines — shared neoantigen discovery in advanced NSCLC at ASCO 2025

Whole-exome plus transcriptome profiling and neoantigen prediction identified candidate shared neoantigens in advanced NSCLC; results presented at ASCO 2025.

Research update (NSCLC neoantigens)

Runsheng Cell reports progress in tumor vaccine R&D using whole-exome plus transcriptome profiling in a cohort of advanced non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Integrated bioinformatics and neoantigen prediction nominated candidate shared neoantigens that could inform off-the-shelf vaccine strategies—early-stage science, not an approved product claim.
