On 3 September 2024, Guangzhou Runsheng Cytomed Technology Co., Ltd. initiated an investigator-initiated trial (IIT) of personalized neoantigen vaccine combined with cellular therapy at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (SYSUCC). After one year of operation, the team reports early signals of disease stabilization in some patients—exploratory and not definitive efficacy.
